Salary: 40,000 to 50,000
As a Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant at Simply Dynamics, you will play a critical role in assisting our clients in achieving their CRM goals. You will work closely with our senior consultants to provide support, development, and configuration of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to jumpstart their career in CRM consulting and gain hands-on experience with one of the industry’s leading CRM platforms.
- Support and Training: Work closely with senior consultants to provide end-user support, training, and troubleshooting to ensure clients can effectively use Dynamics 365 Apps.
- Configuration: Assist in the configuration of Dynamics 365 CRM systems, including customizing forms, views, workflows, and dashboards to meet client requirements.
- Data Management: Help clients with data migration and integration, ensuring data integrity and consistency within the CRM system.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of CRM configurations, customizations, and client requirements to support ongoing projects.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and clients, to ensure project success.
- Client Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their CRM requirements are met.
- Stay Informed: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Dynamics 365 CRM and related technologies to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or related CRM systems.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and CRM best practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
