  • Custom Extensions for Enhanced Case Management
    Users can now surface the Create Case action and the Linked Cases FactBox to cards and lists by creating and publishing an extension app directly from SD Case Manager. This enhancement enables better case association and faster case creation.
  • Streamlined UI for Improved Usability
    The user interface has been carefully reviewed and optimised, ensuring a cleaner and more intuitive experience.
  • Simplified Assisted Setup Demo Data
    The Assisted Setup demo data has been refined, making it easier for users to test and configure the solution with minimal effort.
